Mission:

Everything we do, we believe in challenging the status quo.  We believe in thinking differently. We challenge the status quo by designing our services to exceed expectations.  We firmly believe that creating a positive yet competitive environment is as essential as achieving success on the court. When our players are genuinely enjoying themselves, their motivation to attend practices and wholeheartedly invest in their performance soars. Our ability to coach, train, and mentor our athletes in a way that others cannot, is the difference. 

Our Coaches:

Our exceptional coaching staff is what sets Red Rock Volleyball Club apart. Our coaches are more than just coaches; they are mentors, role models, and family. Most of our coaches are proud alumni. They leave Red Rock as players after graduating from high school. Then, they return as coaches to Red Rock after graduating from University. They want to share their knowledge and passion with the next generation of Red Rock athletes. This is what makes Red Rock a tight-knit family generation to generation. Our coaches played at Red Rock. They have grown up on the peninsula.  They have been part of our local community their whole lives. They have played in the NCVA power league. They have played in USAV qualifiers. They have earned bids to Junior Nationals and competed at the highest level. Our coaches have all gone through the process themselves at a young age. They have been in your shoes! They understand it and now bring that experience back to the next generation of players at our club. They grew up here, played here, and returned to coach here. This cycle is why Red Rock is different. It is the local generational club. That is our story.

As Red Rock Volleyball Club continues to expand its reach and impact, it remains steadfast in its mission to mold players into leaders, not just in the context of the sport, but in all aspects of life. The club's rich history and commitment to holistic development have made it a beacon of excellence in the world of youth volleyball, inspiring greatness in young athletes both on and off the court.  The founding members of Red Rock Volleyball all started together back in 2000 and have been together ever since.
